Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly community offers a gated pet park to keep your furry friends happy. 

Preston Oaks does not permit the following animals including exotic animals: ferrets, squirrels, skunks, foxes, pigs, large tropical birds, spiders, lizards, snakes, and rabbits.
Small rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice, etc.) must be housed in an appropriate housing. Crustaceans and amphibians must be kept in an appropriate terrarium with a secure top. Small birds must be kept in a secure cage. An animal deposit is not required for these animals. Aquariums must not exceed 50 gallon capacity. Renter’s insurance is required.
